Own your very own TERRASCOPE E-MAIL ADDRESS!

Woo!

Here's how it works. You choose the address you'd like, for example

"Lightning_Hopkins (at) terrascope.co.uk"

You then use the Payment Plan button below to set up a £3.00 GBP a month payment plan. Send us  an e-Mail confirming it and informing us what e-mail address you'd like (it has to end with terrascope.co.uk but other than that, all the usual rules apply). We'll then get in touch and let you know as soon as it's set up and give you your password etc.

For those of you familiar with such things, this is a full-blown secure IMAP or POP3/SMTP account: Outlook users for example can quickly set it up by going to Tools / e-Mail Accounts / Add a new e-Mail account / Pop3 and typing in their own name and chosen e-mail address, typing in the login name and password we give you and putting "pop.terrascope.co.uk" in the incoming and "smtp.terrascope.co.uk" in the outgoing mail server addresses. Also, you will need SMTP authentication enabled. Don't worry, it's simpler than it sounds and we are here to advise you.

We can also let you have a simple mail redirection account, whereby (for example) anything posted to "Lightning_Hopkins (at) terrascope.co.uk" is automatically redirected to your existing e-mail account. It's not nearly as versatile, but serves it's purpose.

Disclaimer: in the extremely unlikely event of the website crashing, being taken down for maintenance or even disappearing altogether, e-mail addresses and redirections are liable to be lost and will have to be manually recreated. We can accept no liability for any consequential losses or inconvenience incurred.

T-shirts

Back by popular demand! In a shameless endeavour to raise funds to maintain this website & pay for ink, paper and type for the Terrascopaedia, we're pleased to be able to offer you an extremely limited-edition Terrascope T-Shirt. The design has been carefully chosen to emulate the very first T-shirt we ever produced, with gold ink on a black shirt and a classic R.M. Bancroft design. Originals would now be around 25 years old so they're well overdue for a wash, or better still a brand new updated replacement.

 Terrastock 4 Video Compilation

Visual archivist Scott Sterbenz spent months compiling hours of video-tape from Terrastock 4, which took place in Seattle during November, 2000. Featuring highlights from the sets of 15 of the bands who appeared over the course of the three-day event, all of it chosen by the artists themselves, this digitally recorded footage comes in a deluxe package with a full-colour cover and is available in either NTSC or PAL format. It's a unique opportunity to either relive some very special memories or to sample the Terrastock experience from the comfort of your own home, where the wearing of flowers is optional and you can adjust the volume of the patchouli. You can even pause the tape and try to see through the Children of the Rainbow's disguises!

Here's a complete list of bands appearing in the video:

Ethereal Counterbalance, Windy & Carl, The Monkeywrench, Tarentel, Abunai!, Damon & Naomi with Ghost, Major Stars, Pat Orchard, Subarachnoid Space, The Green Pajamas, Six Organs of Admittance, Children of the Rainbow, The Bevis Frond, The Alchemysts, and Bardo Pond.
